A leading entertainment company is hiring a Sustainment Product Manager to support an innovative digital experience team. This is a contract role (project length 1+ years) supporting immersive experiences across multiple vacation and hospitality brands. The role is hybrid in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Sustainment Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the product roadmap for a dine and experience reservation ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business and guest experience objectives.
• Gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements; define acceptance criteria and oversee agile delivery from development to launch.
• Monitor product health, performance, and operational data to ensure reliability and quality.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Sustainment Product Manager Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in product management, digital, or technology-focused roles.
• Proven track record managing products across their full lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Effective cross-functional communication skills with expertise in live operations management.
