We're seeking a QA Engineer to support our client's team. This role focuses on quality assurance for a leading online game company, working on compatibility testing across diverse platforms and hardware. QA Engineer III Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for game compatibility across various configurations and systems.
• Identify, investigate, and communicate complex compatibility issues affecting game quality and player experience.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to enhance diagnostics, testing processes, and automation efforts.
• Coordinate and mentor internal and external QA resources, ensuring testing standards and reusable assets are maintained.
• Assess environmental variables, patch risks, and mitigation strategies to inform release decisions.

QA Engineer III Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of demonstrated software quality assurance experience, including leadership in complex or live-service product testing.
• Proven expertise in compatibility, systems, and hardware testing with risk-based coverage strategies.
• Strong investigative skills for hardware, OS, drivers, peripherals, and performance-related defect analysis.
• Experience working independently with distributed teams and influencing cross-disciplinary decisions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; QA certifications like ISTQB or ICAgile are a plus.
