We're seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to support a leading financial services company. This temp role offers the chance to oversee complex global marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Senior Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, stakeholder mapping, and communication strategies.
• Identify opportunities for synergy across multiple projects to improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary owner and trusted source of project information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, creative reviews, and project forums, ensuring clear agendas and follow-up.
• Track and drive project deliverables, flagging risks and escalating issues when necessary.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project status and progress throughout each phase.
• Set up and maintain Workfront projects for resourcing, reporting, and documentation.
• Stay highly organized, providing prompt follow-up and exceptional stakeholder service.
• Lead project team meetings confidently, guiding discussions and next steps with clarity.
• Promote adherence to the marketing operating model while offering process improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate proactively to ensure project momentum and successful outcomes.

Senior Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing project management.
• Proven success in managing multiple complex projects within a global, regulated environment.
• Strong leadership skills in coordinating and leading meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex problems.
• Resourceful, self-sufficient, and able to quickly troubleshoot issues independently.
• Solid understanding of creative deliverables such as social media content, video, branding, paid media, and websites.
• Experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Deep understanding of or direct experience with financial institutions or similarly regulated industries.
• Ability to react constructively to feedback and adapt accordingly.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability in project delivery.
