We're seeking a retail Ad Ops / Digital Campaign Manager to support a temp team. You will be handling a data-driven advertising platform based in the retail industry and working with select clients that advertise on this platform. This role is based in the NYC / NJ area and is hybrid, with the contract expected to last around 4 to 6 months.

Ad Ops / Digital Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of both managed and self-service advertising campaigns, providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Serve as an internal expert on media planning, audience targeting, and platform activation across a variety of digital media types.
• Participate in client and agency calls, providing insights and recommendations on media tactics and campaign stewardship.
• Manage the implementation and optimization of campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal standards.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, deliver insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize results and revenue growth.

Ad Ops / Digital Campaign Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing ad ops and digital media campaigns including paid search, programmatic display, and social media advertising with experience in DSPs and DMPs.
• Strong understanding of key media metrics such as CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and customer acquisition data.
• Proven client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions proactively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong project management capabilities.
