We're partnering with our client, a healthcare-focused agency, to find a talented Group Art Supervisor with pharma agency experience. This is a 1 month contract role to start and you must work EST hours. Ideally this Group Art Supervisor will also have Video Development and Storyboard experience.

Group Art Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual development of integrated pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.
• Guide the production and execution of promotional materials for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, medical, and copy teams to craft compelling creative solutions.
• Present concepts and visual rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee the creation of materials for sales meetings, POA events, digital campaigns, and promotional programs, including video and multimedia content.

Group Art Supervisor Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in healthcare campaigns.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must have videod development and storyboard experience
• Proven experience directing print, digital, and video concept development.
• Skilled in presenting work, managing multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional regulations and review procedures.
• Established creative leadership background from agencies such as Havas Health, IPG Health, Ogilvy Health, Klick, Real Chemistry, or EVERSANA.
