We're seeking a Senior Digital Experience Designer to support a remote, out-of-region team. Our client, a leading organization in digital innovation, is looking for an experienced designer to craft engaging onboarding and learning experiences. This is a temporary role focused on designing scalable digital solutions to enhance employee engagement and knowledge sharing. There is no application deadline for this role.

Senior Digital Experience Designer Responsibilities:

• Lead the full cycle of digital onboarding and learning experience design, from initial concepts to final, ready-for-implementation layouts.
• Convert business goals, user research, and stakeholder insights into cohesive and user-friendly digital environments.
• Design and refine digital resources that enable employees to easily discover, understand, and act on essential information throughout their onboarding journey.
• Develop information architecture, navigation pathways, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs to simplify complex content.
• Employ best practices in UX/UI, content, and visual design to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences.

Senior Digital Experience Designer Qualifications:

• Over 8 years of experience in digital or product experience design, with a portfolio demonstrating comprehensive digital project work.
• Strong writing skills, capable of producing clear, engaging, and consistent instructional content across various formats.
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design tools and methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Demonstrated ability to design content-rich digital environments with a focus on discoverability and ease of navigation.
• Experience creating digital experiences for global audiences, understanding regional and cultural variations.
