A leading manufacturer of custom industrial process equipment is hiring a Manufacturing Project Manager to support their operations team in Honey Brook, PA. This full-time role requires on-site presence and involves coordinating all facets of project execution. Our client specializes in designing and building specialty equipment with an emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of project deliverables by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning resources efficiently.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams during project execution.
• Translate customer specifications into clear project goals and deliverables, ensuring technical requirements are met.
• Develop and communicate project schedules, including risk mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance, adjusting plans as needed to stay within budget and timeline.

Manufacturing Project Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in heavy industrial equipment or manufacturing project management.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and codes such as ASME and AWS welding standards.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Gantt charts (MS Project or similar) and project estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred; related experience may supplement education.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.
