A leading watch company is hiring a Workshop Technician to join their team. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform assembly, timing, inspection, and casing tasks. This role is based on-site and requires a high school diploma. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining quality standards and efficient workflow.

Workshop Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, disassembly, and lubrication of watch components to meet quality standards.
• Adjust and troubleshoot movement timing, ensuring precision and proper function.
• Inspect watch movements for wear, damage, and accuracy, making necessary corrections.
• Assemble and install dials, hands, and case components in serviced watches.
• Manage work documentation, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Workshop Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of watch assembly, timing, and inspection processes.
• Relevant computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with Rolex or Tudor watches is preferred.
