We're partnering with our client, a professional services organization, to find a talented Project Manager for their on-site temporary role. This position supports the Adam Smith Awards nomination program, which involves coordinating and managing all aspects of nominations within a busy, high-profile environment. Located on-site, the role duration is estimated at 5-9 weeks.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire nomination process, tracking progress and ensuring timely submissions during the specified window.
• Gather and organize feedback from internal stakeholders to facilitate approvals and revisions.
• Attend client interviews to document requirements and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Manage communication between internal teams, external agencies, and external bodies such as Treasury Today.
• Maintain comprehensive records of nomination drafts, approvals, and correspondence, providing regular updates on progress.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in a financial or professional services setting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple parties and drive outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with proficiency in project tracking tools like Microsoft Excel or SharePoint.
