This remote, contract role supports case management and forensic data collections for litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters. Senior eDiscovery Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, execute, and oversee remote forensic collections, ensuring secure and defensible preservation of data.
• Select appropriate tools such as EnCase, CrashPlan, or Cellebrite based on case requirements, managing complex technical scenarios.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to resolve access issues and validate collected data with proper chain of custody.
• Manage case workflows from start to finish, supporting broader eDiscovery strategies and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of AI tools to streamline workflows.

Senior eDiscovery Project Coordinator Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience in remote forensic data collection, with proficiency in EnCase.
• Strong working knowledge of Nuix and Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, with preferred experience in CrashPlan or Cellebrite.
• Proven ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and managing high-pressure situations with minimal oversight.
• Experience coordinating with IT teams and working with external legal counsel.
• Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, audit-ready documentation.
