A leading entertainment company is hiring a Licensing Audit Analyst to join their team. The role is temporary and involves managing licensing audits for our client, a global play and entertainment company known for iconic franchises. The position requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring accurate audit validation.

Licensing Audit Analyst Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of licensing audits, including defining scope, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Act as the main contact point for external audit firms, licensors, and licensees during active engagements.
• Review and validate audit results, financial calculations, and contractual agreements; lead dispute resolution and settlement efforts.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and summaries of audit findings to management.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, commercial, brand management, and revenue teams on audit-related inquiries and documentation.

Licensing Audit Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, legal studies, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in licensing, royalty audits, contract compliance, or related financial audits, with independent management of audit engagements.
• Understanding of licensing agreements, royalty provisions, audit rights, and financial contractual terms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, capable of summarizing complex information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with audit tracking or royalty systems is a plus. Certification such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or similar is preferred.
