Category Manager, Licensing Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for licensed partners and manage ongoing business relationships.
• Support retail planning initiatives, category reviews, and business presentations to drive growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, customs documentation, shipping paperwork, and related materials.
• Monitor retail trends, competitive activity, and marketplace developments to identify opportunities and risks.

Category Manager, Licensing Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of category management, retailer distribution, licensing, and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
