A leading construction company is hiring a Construction Quality Manager to support our client's engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning projects. This permanent role is based on-site in Idaho, requiring extensive quality oversight and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mining or heavy industry project environments to ensure project excellence.

Construction Quality Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan in alignment with company and client standards.
• Lead efforts to cultivate a culture of quality across project teams and contractors.
• Oversee compliance with industry standards and review inspection/test plans, procedures, and work instructions.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor qualification processes, source inspections, and validation activities.
• Monitor construction and commissioning work to ensure adherence to specifications and standards, and handle non-conformance reports to ensure timely resolutions.

Construction Quality Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of quality management experience within mining, heavy industry, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in EPCC project environments, especially large mining infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Certification as a Quality Manager (CQM) or Quality Engineer (CQE) is preferred.
