We're partnering with a leading engineering firm to find a Sr. Electrical Designer to support their Newport Beach team. Located in Newport Beach, CA, the full-time role involves working on diverse commercial and institutional projects. Candidates should have relevant electrical design experience and a background in building power systems.

Sr. Electrical Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical design concepts and create detailed drawings for various building projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of electrical plans.
• Review and approve electrical layouts to meet project specifications and codes.
• Assist in project documentation and oversee design revisions as needed.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical design issues efficiently.

Sr. Electrical Designer Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least seven years of relevant experience in electrical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Experience in designing building power distribution systems.
• Knowledge of California electrical codes and project experience with DSA or HCAI preferred.
