Our client in health and wellness is hiring a Paid Social Analyst for a temporary opportunity. In this hybrid (office-primary) role, you'll execute paid social strategies and campaigns, partner with internal teams, and use performance insights to strengthen integrated marketing efforts.

Paid Social Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid social strategies and campaign plans aligned to client brand goals.
• Activate and manage paid social campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social efforts are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
• Support the review and submission process for social media work, including coordination through required approvals.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve results.

Paid Social Analyst Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of hands-on paid social experience and familiarity with major social platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate performance into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Agency and/or pharmaceutical/healthcare experience is a plus.
