Our client is seeking a Global Paid Media Manager for an on-site temporary opportunity. This role coordinates paid media planning across Canada, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, aligning regional teams, agencies, Finance, and US stakeholders. The position tracks investment, organizes campaign information, and prepares leadership materials while supporting consistent processes across markets.

Global Paid Media Manager Responsibilities:

• Track paid media spend against approved plans across international markets, identifying variances and pacing risks.
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams and media agencies to collect plans, flowcharts, and campaign updates.
• Partner with the US paid media team to align international plans, timelines, approaches, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance to maintain accurate spend tracking and resolve discrepancies.
• Consolidate regional and agency inputs into leadership presentations covering investment, spend status, and campaign highlights.

Global Paid Media Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of paid media experience at a brand, agency, or streaming or entertainment company.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and tracker development and maintenance.
• Working proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides, with the ability to create organized presentations from multiple sources.
• Experience with Airtable or similar project management tools, along with comfort using AI tools such as Claude or eagerness to learn quickly.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication across multiple markets and workstreams.
