Our client, a consumer products company, is seeking a Retail Replenishment & Demand Planning Analyst for a temporary position. This role supports retail planning and replenishment by managing orders, analyzing sales and POS trends, coordinating inventory execution, and partnering with sales, customer service, and retail teams.

Retail Replenishment & Demand Planning Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order process, including order creation, daily order reviews, purchase order maintenance, and fill-rate optimization.
• Support direct import execution from Asia in partnership with the customer service team.
• Analyze sales trends and item-level POS projections, aligning plans with internal stakeholders and retail partners.
• Develop weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support POS plans, in-stock performance, and future order needs.
• Present business findings in forecasting meetings and recommend seasonal action plans.

Retail Replenishment & Demand Planning Analyst Qualifications:

• At least two years of relevant experience in sales analysis or merchandise buying and planning.
• Direct replenishment planning experience in a highly seasonal environment with long lead times.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to coordinate information, identify relevant data, and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels and functional areas.
