Director, Global Internal Communications Responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution and expansion of a best-in-class internal communications function for a global organization.
• Develop and execute communication strategies that support business transformation, integration efforts, organizational change, and key firm initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and senior leadership team on communication planning, employee engagement, and change management.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing internal communications team.
• Establish governance, standards, processes, and measurement frameworks across communication channels to drive consistency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure clear, timely, and impactful communications throughout the organization.

Director, Global Internal Communications Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, change management communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building, modernizing, or transforming internal communications functions within complex organizations.
• Experience leading communications through mergers, integrations, large-scale transformations, or significant organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior executives in a global, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Prior experience within professional services, legal, consulting, accounting, or other partnership-based organizations is highly desirable.
