Account Group Supervisor is a contract opportunity with our client, a pharmaceutical marketing agency, for a remote leader. This role guides multi-client account strategy, mentors teams, strengthens client partnerships, and supports service delivery. It also drives account growth, profitability, and long-term brand success.

Account Group Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple client and multi-brand accounts.
• Represent the agency in senior-level client relationships and guide brand strategy.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and manage performance for account team members.
• Lead planning, brainstorming, and account growth initiatives aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee account profitability, forecasting, budgets, proposals, and service improvements.

Account Group Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12+ years of strategic account leadership experience in a pharmaceutical marketing agency environment.
• At least 5+ years of experience supervising direct reports in an account team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field strongly preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required with an appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Adobe Acrobat, project management systems, and custom applications.
• Extensive pharmaceutical industry marketing and regulatory knowledge, with advanced relationship management, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
