Line Producer (Project Manager) is a temporary opportunity with our client, an entertainment studio, based on-site. This role project-manages video and motion graphics work, aligning teams, timelines, and stakeholders across concurrent projects. It supports efficient delivery from creative brief through final assets while adapting to evolving production pipelines.

Line Producer (Project Manager) Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute video and motion graphics projects from initial brief through final delivery.
• Build and maintain production timelines while tracking status, risks, bottlenecks, and changing priorities.
• Adapt schedules and plans as creative or production needs evolve, providing actionable next steps.
• Coordinate vendors, freelance talent, resources, tool access, licenses, and related production needs.
• Manage project budgets and spend while supporting asset organization, version control, scheduling, and status communication.

Line Producer (Project Manager) Qualifications:

• Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills across timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and competing priorities.
• Five or more years of video production experience, ideally involving live events, broadcast networks, or entertainment studio and brand marketing.
• Experience with on-set and live event production, including rehearsals and show-day operations.
• Thorough knowledge of post-production workflows, including editorial, editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Familiarity with modern production tools such as Runway and the ability to work comfortably in evolving production pipelines.
