Onward Search expands Digital Accessibility and Experience Design services, promoting O’Connor to Practice Leader
NORWALK, CT | February 6, 2024
Onward Search, a staffing and talent solutions provider specializing in creative, marketing and technology, announced the promotion of Kate O’Connor to Digital Accessibility and Experience Design (XD) Practice Leader. In this role, O’Connor will oversee the company’s growing array of Digital Accessibility and XD services, including compliance testing, training and remediation.
O’Connor has been with Onward Search for over a decade and is widely recognized for her proven recruiting, business development, and digital design prowess. She brings nearly 20 years of hands-on design experience and a successful track record of partnering with clients to build and mature A11Y programs as well as digital initiatives. She is also a long-time member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
