We’re hiring a Program Manager (Non-IT) for a 6-month contract opportunity with one of our clients located in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.
In this position, you’ll support a large-scale initiative, managing program operations from planning through execution. You’ll play a key role in keeping deliverables on track, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that projects run smoothly and effectively. Program Manager (Non IT) Responsibilities:

Provide program management support for large-scale initiatives

Develop and maintain essential documentation, including agendas, meeting minutes, and reports

Track project timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables

Report on project metrics and ensure adherence to company policies and best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to align progress updates with strategic goals
Program Manager (Non IT) Requirements:
-
8-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or product program management
-
Strong ability to work independently and take direction effectively

Proficiency in JIRA, Wiki, Airtable, Jellyfish, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite

Experience in product program management, communications, or business operations

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

*To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
