Our client, a healthcare marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Art Director to bring exceptional conceptual and design skills to their dynamic team. You'll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and account team to craft impactful Managed Markets and Patient Support communications that align with strategic brand and industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the visual execution of projects across diverse media, including print, digital, video, and PowerPoint.

Ensure quality control and deliver clear, concise art direction that captivates and informs.

Engage with account colleagues and clients to understand needs and deliver creative solutions.

Embrace feedback with an open mind, revising work to meet client and team expectations.

Manage projects from concept to completion, keeping stakeholders informed throughout.

Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and development within the team.

Interpret data to create compelling visuals that enhance communication.
Qualifications:
-
A detail-oriented, highly organized professional with a knack for managing multiple projects.

A creative thinker who can justify design choices with logic and passion.

A confident presenter who can articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients.

A self-motivated individual who thrives in high-volume environments.
-
Over 6 years of experience in the creative design field, with at least 4 years in an agency setting preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and expertise in Mac OS and design software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Experience in web interactive and digital media is a plus.
