This role will be responsible for the development, quality control, and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, performance, and high-quality digital deliverables. You'll collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing specialists to bring engaging email journeys and promotions to life, utilizing modern personalization platforms and dynamic content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy high-performing, responsive emails aligned with the eCommerce promotional calendar and email marketing best practices.

• Collaborate with copywriters, design, and digital marketing teams to create email banners, campaigns, and customer journeys.

• Translate creative direction and brand storytelling into code-based solutions using HTML/CSS and digital asset tools.

• Create and manage reusable email templates consistent with brand and design standards.

• Deliver polished email assets including JPGs, PSDs, animations, mockups, wireframes, and HTML/CSS files.

• Support execution of multi-channel marketing efforts including email, SMS, and push notifications.

• Conduct quality assurance to ensure visual and functional accuracy before deployment.

• Perform additional marketing support tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in email development and creative execution, OR

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2+ years of experience in the same capacity.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).

• Fluent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email development.

• Experience developing within email marketing platforms, preferably Braze.

• Knowledge of dynamic content tools such as Moveable Ink or templating languages like Liquid for personalization.

• Solid understanding of email rendering best practices and user behavior.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience developing automated campaigns and customer journeys

• Familiarity with email analytics and A/B testing tools

• Background working in eCommerce or retail marketing environments
