You’ll join the Epic Ambulatory Orders team to support general IT project work in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This is a long-term contract opportunity. The role is located in Rochester, Minnesota, and is fully Remote (equipment not provided).

Senior Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple large-scale internal IT business projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee department-scale resource, budget, risk, and change management.

• Interface with executive leadership and department committees on strategic performance.

• Provide subject matter expertise for requirements gathering and proposals.

• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and IT leadership.

• Lead and improve IT methodologies, tools, and templates.

• Develop and present business plans and IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Senior Systems Analyst Requirements:

• Ambulatory or Inpatient Orders Epic certification required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business Administration with 5+ years of experience.

• Experience in healthcare technology and academic institutions.

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and organizational development.

• Proven expertise in project management and IT systems analysis.

• Skilled in communication, problem solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

• Experience in consensus-driven organizations and committee work.

• Demonstrated history of professional development in administrative processes.
