Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor creative teams specializing in CPG packaging design.

• Develop packaging strategies that support brand identity and appeal to target consumers.

• Collaborate with account teams and clients to align creative work with strategic objectives.

• Serve as a client-facing expert on packaging and brand strategy.

• Partner with operations leadership to enhance tools, processes, and workflows.

• Identify growth opportunities through new client relationships and expanded packaging services.

• Ensure design excellence while managing timelines and budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall creative experience, with a strong agency background.

• 8+ years in senior creative leadership roles focused on CPG packaging and branding.

• Proven success leading creative teams and delivering standout packaging design solutions.

• Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and market dynamics.

• Expertise in packaging design strategy, materials, production, and relevant software tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.

• Strong project management and prioritization abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communications, or related field (advanced degrees a plus).

• Business-savvy with the ability to balance creative vision and practical execution.
