We’re hiring a Sr. Analyst, Consumer & Advertiser Insights for an exciting hybrid contract opportunity in Santa Monica, CA with a global leader in the entertainment industry.

This is a 6-month contract role working onsite four days a week. It’s a unique chance to support high-impact research initiatives for a world-renowned brand, helping drive strategy and storytelling through data. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to global quantitative research projects and synthesize insights across multiple international markets.

• Build and manage market-specific reports for flagship studies covering up to 14 global regions.

• Support global and regional reporting for a major competitive landscape study across eight markets.

• Consolidate complex data, craft executive summaries, and present findings through compelling storytelling and visualizations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with communications teams, business units, and senior stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end research processes including survey design, testing, analysis, and reporting.

• Respond to ad-hoc data and insight requests to support sales and strategic communications.

• Conduct and analyze fast-turnaround community surveys using internal platforms.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in primary/custom research, ideally within media, advertising, or entertainment.

• Strong foundation in quantitative research; experience with qualitative methods is a plus.

• Proficiency in survey design tools (Qualtrics experience preferred).

• Strong analytical skills and ability to visualize data insights using Excel, PowerPoint, or Keynote.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with executive-level stakeholders.
