We are seeking an experienced Technical Resource who possesses deep knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing these technologies to drive business solutions, enhance productivity and increase efficiency across a large-scale organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Develop and maintain workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Utilize Power BI to create complex data models, reports and dashboards for data analysis and visualization.
  • Create and manage web pages and applications using Power Pages to support business initiatives.
  • Leverage Dataverse to manage data and integrations across various Microsoft applications.
  • Implement and utilize Copilot Studio to enhance automation and AI capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Power Platform tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates within the Power Platform to ensure optimized performance and utilization.
  • Implement and manage governance policies to ensure compliance and security across the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Ensure data security and privacy by adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and Control access to Power Platform and Copilot Studio resources to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and enforce security protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) framework within the Power Platform.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
  • Strong governance and management experience within M365 stack.
  • Proven ability to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Entra, M365 Copilot and other Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript and SQL.
  • Experience in AI and machine learning applications within the Power Platform.
