We’re hiring a Project Manager (Video) to support a high-impact, creative team at a leading social media technology company. This full-time, 6-month contract role is based in Santa Monica, CA with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite per week).

As the Project Manager (Video), you’ll play a key role in executing sponsored video campaigns from start to finish. You’ll oversee production workflows, manage external vendors, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic goals. If you're an experienced project manager with a passion for video content and digital media, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile campaigns within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sponsored video projects independently from kickoff to final delivery

• Assign work to vetted production partners based on project scope, budget, and location

• Lead internal and external project kickoffs and maintain consistent communication throughout

• Develop and manage timelines and budgets for ad campaigns and creative initiatives

• Ensure accurate tracking of all projects in Monday.com and compliance with internal production standards

• Troubleshoot challenges proactively and offer strategic, solutions-oriented thinking

• Review and approve final deliverables for vendor payment and quality assurance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within digital media or tech environments

• Strong ability to manage multiple, high-volume projects independently

• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience with effective stakeholder management

• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools

• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Experience managing production budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination

• Knowledge of digital media trends, branded content, and the social/tech landscape
