This is an exciting direct hire opportunity for a senior-level influencer marketing expert to lead high-impact campaigns for world-class clients across lifestyle, entertainment, travel, and CPG. Position Details:

• Job Title: Influencer Marketing Director

• Location: New York City, Los Angeles, or Miami (Hybrid)

• Type: Direct Hire

• Schedule: Full-Time, Regular Business Hours

• Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annual salary

Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

• Serve as the strategic lead for influencer marketing initiatives

• Manage client communications, performance reporting, and long-term relationship building

• Align influencer marketing with broader brand strategies

• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts organically

Campaign Leadership & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end campaign development: sourcing, contracting, briefing, and content execution

• Ensure alignment with brand identity, audience insights, and KPIs

• Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver results

• Translate performance data into actionable insights

Project & Operations Management

• Lead campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables across concurrent projects

• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment through regular meetings

• Approve contracts, briefs, and content deliverables for quality and compliance

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing strategists

• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture

• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and creative direction

• Stay current on trends to bring fresh thinking and industry leadership

Administrative & Financial Oversight

• Monitor scopes, fees, and budgets in coordination with leadership

• Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems

• Support operational functions related to influencer campaign execution and revenue

Requirements:

• 7+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally in an agency or in-house brand role

• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-platform influencer campaigns

• Proven leadership and cross-functional team management skills

• Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Strong client management, communication, and presentation abilities

• Experience handling contracts, budgets, and performance metrics

• Must be located in New York City, Los Angeles, or Miami
