Overview
One of our clients in Broward County, Florida is hiring for a contract B2B Marketing Operations Specialist role that has potential to convert to a direct hire employee after 6 months.
The role is hybrid up to 2 times per week, and there will be very light travel for trade shows and similar.
Type: Contract to Hire, Hybrid
Schedule: M-F, regular hours
Pay: $32 - $38/hr., paid weekly, and benefits eligible.
Overview:
This role involves executing operational plans and logistics to support the growth of the brand, events, and B2B programs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, including print vendors, team members, and program management teams, to facilitate ongoing launch efforts and marketing priorities.
Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up marketing materials for new practice openings.
- Manage the inventory of all branded collateral.
- Act as the main point of contact for the brand/channel team for all material reordering needs.
- Develop and manage inventory of promotional materials at storage facilities, practices, and local businesses, ensuring materials are available for events and partnerships.
- Build and maintain a status sheet of all printed assets, including signage, print materials, and swag.
- Track budgets for various projects.
- Assist in the kitting of shipments from headquarters to clinic teams.
- Implement community marketing tactics as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and events, including hotel rooms and meeting spaces.
- Maintain a status sheet of all event-related deadlines and milestones.
- Manage communication and logistics between external and internal partners.
Marketing Operations Specialist Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing ops experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for any events.
- Must be willing to be trained in processes and procedures.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
- Must have a good grasp of marketing practices for B2B.
