We’re working with a prestigious client to fill a remote contract position for a ServiceNow Delivery Manager/Consultant—a critical role focused on leading the implementation of key ServiceNow modules across a dynamic enterprise environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a ServiceNow expert to lead high-impact projects involving Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable, effective solutions while ensuring seamless platform delivery and long-term success.

Position Details:

  • Type: Contract (W2 only)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST hours

  • Duration: 7–12 months expected

  • Pay: $60–$65/hr, paid weekly

  • Benefits Eligible: Yes (must meet eligibility criteria)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules (HAM, SAM, CMDB, IRM) in alignment with business needs and best practices

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis and requirement gathering for technical solution design

  • Collaborate with development teams to configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions

  • Provide clear documentation and customization requirements to support module implementation

  • Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders to drive alignment and project clarity

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including test cases, traceability matrices, and governance artifacts

  • Proactively identify platform issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and ServiceNow consulting

  • Demonstrated success implementing ServiceNow modules such as HAM, SAM, CMDB, and IRM

  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder facilitation skills

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical details into clear, business-aligned requirements

  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and enterprise IT solution delivery

  • Effective leadership in cross-functional teams and platform adoption strategies

  • Experience supporting system testing and validating platform functionality against business needs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to documentation best practices
