We’re hiring a Print Services Operator to join the Creative Management Team at a leading professional services firm in New York City. This is a fully onsite, 3+ month contract opportunity supporting creative print operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-visibility print projects at one of the most respected firms in the industry. You’ll work closely with the Creative Manager and team members to manage print workflows, maintain equipment, and ensure timely, high-quality production of printed materials.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printers and offset presses, ensuring optimal print job setup and output.

• Conduct quality control checks during the printing process and prepare final documents for distribution.

• Support the daily operations of the Creative Manager and participate in daily team status meetings.

• Manage print workflows by assessing requests and assigning jobs to internal resources or external print vendors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Proven experience operating various types of printing equipment.

• Solid understanding of printing techniques and processes, including offset lithography, digital printing, and flexography.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and InDesign.

Note: To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the assignment must last a minimum of 10 weeks.
