Join our client's dynamic in-house advertising agency, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the creative landscape of their Brand Marketing Team. Reporting to the Creative/Design Director, you’ll elevate creative expression across multiple channels—including digital, email, print, and direct mail—by developing innovative campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration three days a week.

Art Director (Financial Services) Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative visual and interactive campaigns that reinforce the brand platform at every touchpoint.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and project teams to conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives for financial products.

  • Partner with creative, marketing, and agency teams to ensure the delivery of user-centric designs that are on strategy and on time.

  • Create compelling visual designs for a variety of assets, including landing pages, web and mobile interfaces, and social media content.

  • Present creative concepts effectively, communicating how they align with strategic goals.

  • Enhance the creative team workflow and explore innovative solutions to improve processes.

Art Director (Financial Services) Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in print and digital design within in-house marketing or agency teams.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong online portfolio showcasing your creative expertise.

  • Ability to maintain brand standards while delivering clean, intuitive designs.

  • Expertise in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, and color.

  • Experience in art directing photo shoots and managing content through a library system.

  • Familiarity with automated workflow tools like Aprimo and Workfront.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • A bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
