Join our client’s team as a pivotal member of the Commercial Data Revenue division, where you'll spearhead audience segmentation and campaign activation strategies across diverse industry verticals. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing and optimizing the Data Management Platform (DMP) to execute comprehensive cross-channel campaigns, both direct sold and programmatic. Collaborate closely with sales and account management to craft audience targeting strategies that align with brand objectives, leveraging first, second, and third-party data. This is a hybrid opportunity based in New York, NY.

Must have Beauty or Fashion Industry experience.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine digital audience segmentation practices in collaboration with brand leads in Sales, Data Product Strategy, and Consumer Marketing.

  • Facilitate the onboarding and integration of first and second-party data, ensuring seamless data delivery across multiple channels, including desktop, mobile, social, and email.

  • Design and model audience segments using internal and external data sources to meet media plan requirements and campaign KPIs.

  • Collaborate with segment stakeholders to define goals, success metrics, and prioritize segment creation.

  • Partner with Consumer Marketing and Audience Development teams to generate actionable brand insights and enhance customer lifetime value.

  • Oversee testing engagements throughout the campaign lifecycle, from conception to analysis and rollout.

  • Conduct data trend analyses using Databricks to drive campaign performance improvements.

  • Work cross-functionally with Advertising, Operations, and Inventory Management teams to optimize campaign execution.

  • Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies, providing strategic recommendations for innovation.

Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital media analytics, planning, or operations.

  • Expertise with DMPs such as Permutive, Lotame, Adobe Audience Manager, or Oracle BlueKai.

  • Strong understanding of third-party data providers and programmatic media landscapes.

  • Proficiency in ad serving, web analytics, and platform technologies.

  • Familiarity with Databricks, SQL, and Google Ad Manager reporting tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
