In this role, you'll support strategic marketing and commercial initiatives, including sales funnel tracking, program reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Marketing Communications Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage and track the Momentum Program and overall sales funnel performance for Robotic-Assisted Solutions.

• Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to ensure visibility and accuracy of sales pipeline data.

• Partner with commercial operations to support Commercial Programs, ensuring program elements are tracked and implemented effectively.

• Oversee the Program including inventory tracking, ordering coordination, and timely delivery to field teams.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal deployment and availability of program resources.

• Manage staffing logistics and ordering needs for internal and customer-facing meetings.

• Provide planning support for events, ensuring proper representation of the portfolio and operational readiness.

• Work closely with the Operations team to maintain and update program documentation and tracking tools.

• Monitor tracking efforts and assist with deal confirmation in coordination with finance and sales teams.

• Assist in developing and refining commercial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support documentation, communication, and training related to new or updated commercial workflows.

Marketing Communications Specialist Qualifications:

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or robotic-assisted technologies a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI) is beneficial.
