We’re hiring a Business Development Representative for a remote opportunity with our client, a dynamic team building infrastructure for the future of financial applications. This is a full-time role with an application deadline of 07/08/2025.

In this role, you'll lead efforts to bring the Onramp API to market—a white-labeled solution enabling seamless fiat-to-crypto conversions within partner platforms. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of the web3 ecosystem, a strategic go-to-market mindset, and experience launching new initiatives in developer-focused environments.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with high-potential startups, including onchain-native, fintech, and web2 companies transitioning into crypto.

• Promote awareness of the Onramp API as a developer-friendly, embedded solution.

• Assess technical compatibility through direct discussions with product teams and developers.

• Generate leads through both traditional and web3-native channels, such as forums, GitHub, hackathons, and events.

• Maintain CRM discipline to track outreach, manage the pipeline, and report progress.

• Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Marketing, and Communications.

• Provide field insights to influence the product roadmap and enhance onboarding experiences.

Business Development Representative Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in API-first, fintech, SaaS, or developer platforms.

• Strong understanding of crypto, particularly onchain applications, developer tools, and stablecoins.

• Experience engaging with technical and developer audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Organized, data-driven, and proficient in CRM tools.

• Self-starter with an ownership mentality in ambiguous or startup environments.

• Experience working with or selling to crypto-native teams (preferred).

• Familiarity with KYC/KYB, payment APIs, or embedded finance (preferred).

• Exposure to GitHub, Postman, and blockchain development tools (preferred).
