We’re currently seeking an Engagement & Retention Digital Product Marketing Manager (Contract) for a global marketplace that provides unique and creative goods. This position is fully remote.

In this exciting 3-month contract opportunity, you’ll join a dynamic Product & Retention Marketing Team, where you’ll play a key role in driving strategic, data-driven campaigns that enhance the in-app experiences for over 95 million buyers and 7.5 million sellers worldwide.

Engagement & Retention Digital Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and optimization of e-commerce app engagement campaigns, creating customer-centric programs that enhance app experiences and drive buyer retention.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Brand, Martech Engineering, Legal, Design, and Marketing Analytics to plan and manage the CRM App Engagement roadmap.

• Streamline planning processes and workflows to ensure the seamless execution of app-focused marketing campaigns.

• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to continually improve campaign results.

• Utilize CRM tools and platforms such as Braze, Segment, Litmus, ReturnPath, HTML, and SQL to build, test, and deploy app campaigns.

• Manage campaign timelines, occasionally working outside normal business hours (including weekends, late nights, and early mornings) to meet campaign deadlines and urgent messaging needs.

Engagement & Retention Digital Product Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in CRM or Marketing Automation, with a strong track record of building and implementing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Proven success in developing complex marketing automation campaigns, including the use of connected content calls, web hooks, liquid logic, and canvas.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver long-term campaigns successfully and on time.

• Deep understanding of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR requirements, inbox deliverability standards, and data segmentation & attribution.

• Experience with CRM tools including Braze, Segment, Litmus, ReturnPath, HTML, and SQL.
