We’re looking to hire an Audience Strategy and Operations Analyst for a hybrid role in Celebration, Florida. This is a full-time 11-month W2 contract opportunity.

Join a team dedicated to driving impactful 1:1 marketing by transforming data and insights into effective audience strategies. In this role, you will partner closely with marketing and media teams to analyze first- and third-party data, build actionable audience profiles, and activate them across paid and direct media channels. Your work will help optimize targeting, improve campaign performance, and shape data-driven marketing strategies.

Audience Strategy and Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and synthesize first- and third-party customer data to create detailed audience profiles and uncover actionable insights.

  • Develop and deliver recommendations to support audience planning and media activation strategies.

  • Identify, build, and manage target audience segments for paid and direct marketing campaigns.

  • Activate and maintain audience segments in marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), monitoring match rates and audience health.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, media, and analytics teams to align data-driven insights with campaign goals.

  • Interpret and integrate data from multiple sources to drive audience optimization decisions.

Audience Strategy and Operations Analyst Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience conducting consumer data analysis using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or similar.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

  • Experience supporting marketing or media teams in large, matrixed organizations.

  • Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign measurement.

  • Exposure to paid and direct media platforms, such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Adobe Campaign, and LiveRamp.

  • Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics (preferred).

  • Knowledge of additional marketing technology platforms or data visualization tools (preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
