We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system across a global organization. In this role, you will drive strategic alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT while ensuring the successful delivery of a transformational PLM program. You'll act as a central point of contact for all PLM-related activities and play a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change leadership.

Sr. IT Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the global implementation of a PLM system from initiation through delivery.

• Align program goals with business, engineering, and operations objectives.

• Act as the central point of contact for all PLM-related activities.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, IT, vendors, and integrators.

• Manage multiple PLM workstreams simultaneously.

• Engage with senior leadership and functional stakeholders to define and track goals.

• Communicate project progress, dependencies, and risks clearly and proactively.

• Build and lead a high-performing project team, including internal staff and external partners.

• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.

• Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and compliance alignment.

• Oversee integrations with CAD, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.

• Lead change management, training, and user adoption strategies.

• Ensure optimal use of resources and manage program financials.

Sr. IT Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Master’s degree and/or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) (preferred).

• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience, including global PLM implementations.

• Expertise with PLM platforms and integrations (e.g., CAD, ERP, MES).

• Strong knowledge of product development, compliance (FDA, ISO), and digital thread concepts.

• Experience managing hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
