We’re seeking an AI Solution Architect for a remote opportunity. This is a pivotal role supporting our client’s mission to build comprehensive AI-driven solutions for a cutting-edge healthcare contact center.

This exciting opportunity spans three major programs, each focused on transforming the experience for healthcare members and providers. You’ll help lead the evolution of an API-first to AI-first enterprise, working with technologies like Azure, GCP, AWS, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

AI Solution Architect Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Guided Personal Service (GPS) Program: a large-scale SAFe initiative with multiple agile release trains, expanding Medicaid support to additional business lines.

  • Drive the Member Experience (MX) Program: a single Agile Release Train SAFe program focused on enhancing digital communication and user satisfaction.

  • Head the Your Virtual Assistant (YAVA) / Live Chat Program: a hybrid SAFe initiative creating a voice/chat self-service platform, evolving from IVRs to Conversational AI.

AI Solution Architect Qualifications:

  • Expertise in architectural and technical aspects of Generative AI, including RAG/chain frameworks and Vector DB searches.

  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially GCP, Azure, and AWS, and experience with cloud/SaaS systems integration.

  • Skilled in designing REST APIs and systems using Kafka for messaging/streaming.

  • Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases and data-centric patterns.

  • Experience with complex system design, requirements analysis, and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.

  • Familiarity with modern programming languages and distributed computing architectures.

  • Familiarity with AI agent interoperability standards and contact center technologies like Salesforce (preferred).

  • Proven experience in large-scale system development and SAFe Software Development Principles (preferred).

  • Knowledge of distributed caching solutions and CI/CD and DevOps practices (preferred).
