Join our client’s dynamic team dedicated to enhancing client experiences and driving business growth through innovative project management. This role plays a key part in empowering internal and external clients by focusing on value, trust, and delight. Through strategic planning and continuous improvement, you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to manage and execute a diverse range of projects, improving customer interactions and operational efficiency while driving change.

This hybrid position requires occasional business travel (approximately 5%).

Project Manager II (Gen AI) Responsibilities:

• Spearhead all aspects of program management for customer experience projects, ensuring strategic development and successful stakeholder engagement.

• Ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while fostering continuous improvement.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements that enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to design training programs that support change initiatives.

• Drive technology transformation and process improvements through cross-functional collaboration.

• Oversee release management processes to ensure timely project delivery.

Project Manager II (Gen AI) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master's preferred.

• At least 6 years of project management experience, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

• Proven program management experience in technology and customer experience contexts.

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

• Change Management and/or PMP certification (preferred).

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).

• Ability to thrive in an agile, LEAN-focused environment (preferred).
