Join our client's team as a Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily activities and nurturing relationships with internal business partners. Your expertise will ensure seamless project execution and adherence to corporate guidelines.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with account managers to facilitate project coordination and maintain strong internal partnerships.

• Navigate and apply corporate branding and compliance guidelines effectively.

• Manage the project lifecycle, from initiation and collaboration to approvals, production, and archiving.

• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Support print, digital, and video projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.

• Provide accurate project estimates, timelines, and assist with billing processes.

• Maintain daily time tracking to ensure accountability and transparency.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an advertising agency setting; pharmaceutical experience is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, presentation, and written abilities.

• High-energy, positive, and organized individual comfortable in a high-visibility role.

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to focus on both overarching goals and intricate details.
