We’re looking to hire a Creative Operations Project Manager for a full-time, on-site project opportunity through January 2026 in Bentonville, AR, with our retail client.

This role supports a digital retail media team focused on delivering seamless and measurable omnichannel advertising experiences by leveraging first-party membership data to drive business results both online and in stores. As part of the Creative Operations function, you will lead campaign production workflows, managing creative timelines, asset delivery, reviews, and approvals across internal teams and external partners. This position plays a critical role in scaling digital ad solutions across full-funnel strategies for retail advertisers.

Creative Operations Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage creative production workflows across multiple client accounts.

• Collect source assets and creative briefs from clients to initiate projects.

• Enter project requests into Workfront, build production schedules, and assign tasks to design and copywriting teams.

• Route completed creative assets for client review/approval, track feedback, and coordinate revisions.

• Provide detailed tracking and status reporting on campaign progress.

• Manage the handoff process for final, approved assets to appropriate teams.

• Enforce adherence to production standards, including timeline expectations and revision limits.

• Ensure cross-functional alignment across upstream and downstream teams.

• Proactively escalate any at-risk deliverables or delays.

• Partner closely with Account Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and other stakeholders to resolve campaign-related challenges.

Creative Operations Project Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, account management, or marketing.

• Background in digital media or advertising, preferably in an agency or in-house brand team.

• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals: issue resolution, risk management, and resource coordination.

• Experience using project management tools such as Workfront is a plus.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
