We’re hiring a Production Coordinator, Events for a leading global interactive entertainment company known for shaping the future of gaming and digital experiences. This is a 6-month contract opportunity and is fully onsite in Santa Monica, CA.

In this role, you’ll join the Creative & Production team to support cross-functional departments in the creation of high-quality art and design assets for events, marketing, and social campaigns. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced team, working on a variety of creative projects with a strong emphasis on collaboration, organization, and execution.

Production Coordinator, Events Responsibilities:

• Create original digital and print design assets including event collateral, packaging, posters, social graphics, and web banners.

• Update and maintain design projects in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and PowerPoint.

• Organize, archive, and back up creative files.

• Collaborate with design leads to develop creative assets aligned with project briefs.

• Receive and apply stakeholder feedback across departments (Marketing, PR, Production).

• Integrate 3D assets into static visuals.

• Troubleshoot issues with Mac and PC workstations.

• Perform additional creative and administrative duties as assigned.

Production Coordinator, Events Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience; gaming industry experience a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Working knowledge of Figma and other Adobe products.

• Basic knowledge of After Effects a plus.

• Familiarity with PowerPoint; Google Slides and Keynote are a plus.

• Good design fundamentals: composition, color, alignment, and typography.

• Experience with social media and digital marketing design.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to accept feedback and work under tight deadlines.

• Bonus skills: copywriting, photography, motion graphics, UX/UI, illustration, or 3D modeling.

• College degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
