This is a full-time, 12-month W2 contract opportunity working onsite four days per week with a major entertainment company.

Join our client's team as a dynamic leader responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for an innovative loyalty program. This role is pivotal in launching and expanding the program, designed to enhance subscriber engagement and retention. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including product, engineering, creative, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and long-term success.

Senior Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the loyalty program, from initial launch to sustained growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project progress and ensure alignment.

• Oversee the creation of microsites, manage backend configurations, and ensure robust data tracking.

• Facilitate the integration of the loyalty program with other platforms, ensuring a cohesive user experience.

• Lead cross-functional meetings, maintaining clear communication and alignment across all teams.

• Utilize data and user feedback to inform product development and enhance marketing strategies.

• Analyze program performance and apply insights to optimize user engagement and experience.

Senior Product Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing, loyalty programs, strategy, or consulting.

• Proven track record with subscription-based products or services.

• Strong strategic and execution skills, with the ability to work creatively and analytically.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Highly organized and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.

• Experience in managing teams (preferred).

• Background in streaming, entertainment, or media industries (preferred).

• Familiarity with product and engineering team collaboration (preferred).
