We’re hiring an IT Project Analyst for a leading healthcare and research institution. This is a mostly remote, 5+ month contract opportunity based in Jacksonville, Florida, with occasional onsite visits required.

You’ll join the IT Infrastructure Services team to support and enhance the intake and execution of IT infrastructure work requests. This is a mission-driven organization known for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in patient care and medical science.

IT Project Analyst Responsibilities:

• Manage intake and triage of IT infrastructure work requests.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Track and report on request status and assignments.

• Use ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to monitor and process requests.

• Evaluate and improve intake processes through data and feedback.

• Support infrastructure projects such as server upgrades, telecom, networking, and data center migrations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with priorities and timelines.

• Participate in meetings and maintain documentation related to ongoing projects.

IT Project Analyst Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in infrastructure.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow (forms, groups, workflows) and Azure DevOps (Kanban, task tracking).

• Experience supporting IT initiatives in hospital or 24x7 clinical settings (preferred).

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

• Ability to assess current processes and recommend improvements.
