As the subject matter expert on media and audience tactics, the Campaign Manager will help drive client-specific goals through optimization strategies and best-practice guidance. You will play a key role in media planning, platform activation, and campaign execution across multiple digital channels.
Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

Demonstrate expertise across multiple media types, including Experiential In-Store Tactics (demos, sampling, TV wall, etc.), Digital OOH, Social Media (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), CTV, Direct Digital Sponsorships, Programmatic Display (Onsite, Offsite), and Paid Search.

Attend external client and agency calls, providing expertise on tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship.

Act as subject matter expert on media planning, audience strategy, and platform activation.

Lead strategic planning and execution of managed and self-service campaigns as the consultative expert.
Campaign Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations across search, programmatic display, publisher display, network media buys, and/or social media platforms.

Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR) to drive data-informed optimizations and performance reporting.

Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing omnichannel digital advertising campaigns (display, video, social, search, etc.), including both managed service and self-service models.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
