We’re hiring a Creative Program Manager for a 6-month hybrid contract opportunity with a leading smart home device manufacturer in Los Angeles, California (Hawthorne).

In this role, you’ll join the Product Experience team to manage and execute 360 marketing campaigns from intake through delivery. You’ll align cross-functional teams, lead strategy using agile methodologies, and ensure smooth coordination across internal and partner stakeholders to optimize time-to-market and campaign impact.

Creative Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage intake, scheduling, approvals, and recaps across leadership levels.

• Lead end-to-end program strategy using agile and sprint methodologies.

• Align stakeholders by clarifying constraints and optimizing time-to-market.

• Identify project blockers, create mitigation plans, and communicate updates.

• Coordinate internal and partner teams to ensure aligned priorities and smooth execution.

Creative Program Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.

• 4+ years in design operations, project, or program management in consumer electronics or CPG lifecycle management.

• Skilled in project tools (Asana, Jira, Workfront) and Microsoft Office.

• Background in artwork localization and consumer documentation.

• Strong communication skills with ability to influence across teams.

• Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional design programs.

• Experience improving design systems and tooling processes.
