We’re hiring an Account Manager for a global omnichannel retailer in Hoboken, New Jersey. This is a full-time, 4–6 month W2 contract opportunity, working hybrid onsite three days per week.

Our client is seeking dynamic Digital Account Managers to join their innovative team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and selling advertising solutions that drive both brand awareness and conversion. As part of this rapidly expanding business, you'll collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to impactful advertising strategies.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand advertising partnerships by working closely with internal teams such as Ad Sales, Product, and Category Marketing, as well as external partners including Brand Managers, Analytics, and E-Commerce teams.

• Develop strategic campaign recommendations that align with business goals and marketing objectives.

• Oversee the creative process from inception to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between suppliers and the creative team.

• Manage agency proposal templates and ensure accurate tagging.

• Collaborate with campaign management to optimize activation, trafficking, and performance.

• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and insights.

• Partner with Measurement & Analytics to ensure precise reporting and share actionable insights to enhance supplier strategies.

• Support monthly billing processes to ensure accuracy and delivery.

• Mentor and guide Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates.

Account Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with multifunctional teams.

• Experience in crafting media plan recommendations and ensuring accountability across teams.

• Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence supplier investments in media and advertising.
